The honest comparison
A video tool, a spreadsheet, a chat group and your memory. That is what Clasify replaces.
We are not comparing ourselves to another platform here. Most academies our size are not running a platform. They are running a video account shared between teachers, a schedule in a spreadsheet, attendance in a second spreadsheet, and everything else in WhatsApp.
See pricingNone of that is a tooling failure. It is what happens when the schedule, the attendance and the messages are three different datasets.
| The job | Separate tools | Clasify |
|---|---|---|
| Running the class | A video link, pasted into a chat | A class record with a room, a teacher, a participant list, a status and stamped start and end instants |
| Repeating the timetable | Rebuilt weekly, by hand | Recurring schedules, timezone-correct including through daylight-saving changes |
| Double bookings | Discovered afterwards | Refused at the data layer, race-safely |
| Attendance | A spreadsheet someone fills in later | Marked by the teacher on the session itself — present, absent, late or excused — with the excused state staying out of the completion-rate denominator |
| Late cancellations | A message, then an argument | An apology with a reason, capped at a monthly limit your academy sets per person, in an administrator review queue |
| Reminders | Sent by hand, one at a time | Automatic, two hours and five minutes before, on in-app, email and WhatsApp |
| Homework | Photos in a personal chat | Assignments with due dates, attachments, blocked late submission, and submissions in one place |
| Class messaging | A group on a teacher's personal number | Group and direct conversations inside the academy, membership-gated, with image attachments |
| The monthly numbers | Counted by hand from a chat log | Analytics, attendance reports, teacher rankings and levels, lesson summaries, a weekly report that prints to PDF |
| What students see | Someone else's brand | Your logo, your colours, your domain. Clasify's name appears nowhere a student can see it |
| Who is online right now | Nobody knows | Live monitoring: who is online, which rooms are live |
| The record when it is disputed | Someone's memory | An activity log and an authorization audit log |
Lessons can be recorded, but only admins can watch a recording back. If your students catch up by watching a replay, Clasify does not do that on any plan.
You keep collecting tuition the way you collect it today.
Clasify does not connect to a calendar, a conferencing tool or an accounting system. There is no public API.
Your teachers, your students and your recurring schedule are entered once, by you.
There is no trial and there are no refunds.
Starter is EGP 1,999 per month: 50 students, 10 teachers, 5 concurrent meetings, 300 meeting hours, 10 GB storage. It runs the same software as the EGP 6,999 plan — white-label, custom domain, analytics, WhatsApp notifications, two-factor, audit logs. Plans differ only in capacity.
The comparison that matters is not Clasify against a video subscription. It is Clasify against the video subscription plus the scheduling sheet plus the attendance sheet plus the reminders sent by hand plus the hours spent reconciling them at the end of every month.
We would rather say that here than take a month's payment we cannot refund.
Plans start at EGP 1,999/month. No free tier — every plan includes every feature.
