Account and contact details you provide (name, email, phone), academy and billing information, and usage data generated when you use the platform (such as lessons attended and features used).
How we use information
To provide and secure the service, process payments and subscriptions, send transactional emails, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields. Access is restricted and audited. Each academy's data is logically isolated as a separate tenant.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.
