No. There's no trial, no free tier and no sandbox account — Clasify is paid from the first month. Setup is fast, though: set your brand, add your teachers and create a class, and you can be running real lessons on day one. If you're unsure which tier fits, talk to us before you subscribe and we'll go through your timetable with you.
Yes — talk to us and we'll move you to a bigger plan. There's no self-serve upgrade button in the product; a plan change is something our team does for you. If you outgrow the Business plan — 1,000+ students, custom integrations or an SLA — that's what Enterprise is for, and it's quote-based.
Limits are enforced honestly rather than silently: the action you're trying to take is refused with a message naming your plan and the limit you've reached. Nothing already running is affected, and you're never billed extra for going over. When you're ready to move up a tier, talk to us and we'll move you — it isn't a button you press yourself.
Payments are final and we don't offer refunds. Because billing is monthly, if you decide to stop you simply cancel and aren't charged for the next cycle — see the Refund Policy for the complete terms.
