Refund Policy

Clasify does not offer refunds. Every payment you make to us — subscriptions, renewals and upgrades — is final. This page explains exactly what that means and what to do instead.

No refunds

All fees paid to Clasify are non-refundable, in whole or in part, for any billing period — used or unused. Refunding is not something the platform does: there is no refund flow in the product and no member of our team can issue one. Please treat every payment as final before you make it.

Cancel instead of refunding

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not return money for the period you are already in. Your academy keeps full access until the end of the period you paid for, and only then becomes inactive.

Automatic renewals

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Once a renewal has been charged it is non-refundable like any other payment, so if you do not want another period, cancel before the renewal date rather than after it.

Upgrades & downgrades

An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period — the price difference for the period you are currently in is not refunded.

Duplicate or failed charges

The one thing we do fix is a payment error: if you are charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us with the transaction reference and we will reverse the incorrect charge. That is a billing correction, not a refund.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes rights that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you. Where such a law requires a refund, that law applies.
