These Terms govern your access to and use of Clasify. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your academy's accounts.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (students, storage, meetings) apply per tier. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law — see our Refund Policy for the details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Availability & changes

We strive for high availability but the service is provided 'as is'. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
