Everything people ask before launching an academy on Clasify — how the white-label really works, what's in a live class, what you're charged, and how your data is protected.
Clasify is white-label infrastructure for online academies. It gives you live HD classrooms, scheduling, attendance, a student and teacher CRM, assignments and analytics — all running under your own brand and your own domain, rather than ours. Clasify never touches money between you and your students: the only payment in the system is your own subscription to Clasify, billed in EGP. You keep collecting tuition however you already do.
Anyone who teaches groups online and wants the school to be theirs: individual teachers running workshops, language schools, coding bootcamps, K-12 institutes and corporate training teams. The smallest plan is built for a solo teacher; the largest is built for an institution.
Minutes, not months. You subscribe, set your logo and colours, add your teachers, and create your first class. Pointing your own custom domain at the academy is the only step that waits on anything external — a DNS record, which typically propagates within the hour.
No. Students join live classes straight from a modern browser on a laptop or a phone. There is nothing to download and no account to create on a third-party video tool.
No. White-label is the default here, not a premium upgrade. Your logo, your colours and your name appear across the login screen, the lobby and the classroom itself. Our brand disappears entirely.
Yes. You can use your own custom domain with managed SSL, so students visit your address rather than a subdomain of ours. Every plan includes it.
Your logo, your primary and secondary brand colours, and your domain. They propagate through every surface a student sees, so you set them once rather than uploading the same logo in five different places.
Live HD video and audio, an interactive whiteboard you can draw and annotate on in real time, screen sharing, durable in-room chat, and presence with hand-raise so a teacher can see who's in the room and let students ask to speak.
That's exactly what it's tuned for. Video quality adapts to each participant's connection, so a student on a weak mobile signal degrades gracefully instead of dropping the whole class. Real-world networks are the design target, not fibre.
Yes. Presence is recorded the moment a student joins the live room, and it flows straight into your attendance reports — nobody has to keep a register or re-type anything into a spreadsheet.
No — there are no class recordings in Clasify today, on any plan or as an add-on. What it does instead: a student who misses a session can apologise with a reason, the absence is logged as excused and kept out of their completion rate, and both the teacher and admin see it. If recordings are the deciding factor for your academy, they're not here yet.
Classes are group classrooms, not one-to-one calls. How many classes you can run at the same time is set by your plan — from 5 concurrent meetings on Starter up to 50+ on Enterprise.
Every learner gets one record: their contact details, level, assigned teacher, enrollments, attendance history and progress. You can search the directory, enroll students into classes, and open a full summary of any student's history in a click.
You onboard faculty with their own login, set their subject and hourly rate, assign students to them, and track their performance — completion rate, student ratings and a leaderboard that ranks your top educators.
Deletions are soft. A removed student or teacher goes to Trash, where an admin can restore them. Deleting also requires re-entering your admin password, so it can't happen with a stray click.
Yes, and this matters more than it sounds. An excused absence is recorded, but it is excluded from the denominator when attendance rates are calculated — so illness doesn't quietly make a healthy cohort look like it's disengaging.
No — and this is deliberate. Every plan includes the entire feature set, including white-label branding and custom domains. Plans differ only in capacity: how many students and teachers you can have, how many classes can run at once, how many meeting hours a month, and how much storage.
Egyptian pounds (EGP). The price you see on the pricing page is the price that is charged — there's no surprise conversion at checkout.
No, and it's the easiest thing on this page to assume. Clasify never touches money between you and your students: the only payment in the system is your own subscription, billed in EGP. You keep collecting tuition however you collect it today — bank transfer, cash, your own payment link — and Clasify runs the teaching operation around it: who is enrolled, who attended, what was assigned, what was cancelled. If student billing is a requirement for you today, Clasify is not the whole answer, and we'd rather say so now.
Limits are enforced honestly rather than silently: you'll be told when you're at the cap for students, storage, concurrent meetings or monthly meeting hours, and you can move up a tier when you're ready. Nothing is billed to you by surprise for going over.
Yes. Move up a tier as your academy grows. If you need capacity beyond the Business plan — 1,000+ students, custom integrations, an SLA — that's what Enterprise is for, and it's quote-based.
No, neither. An academy isn't something you can properly evaluate with sample data over a weekend — you find out whether Clasify works by running a real week of real classes with real students, and that's a paid week either way. What we do instead: every price and every capacity limit is published on the pricing page, so nothing is a surprise; every feature is on every plan, so the cheapest tier is a full evaluation of the product rather than a crippled version of it; and we'll walk through your own timetable with you before you pay. Start on Starter at EGP 2,999/month and move up when your student count makes you.
No. All fees are non-refundable, and we'd rather you read that here than discover it later — there's no refund flow in the product and nobody on our team can issue one. What you can do is cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If the risk of a single month is what's holding you back, talk to us before you subscribe — we'll go through your timetable with you first. Full detail is on the refund policy page.
Yes. Every academy is a fully isolated tenant — its students, classes and reports are scoped to it and are not reachable from any other academy on the platform.
Sensitive student data — phone numbers and parent names — is encrypted at rest, not stored in plain text. Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm (Argon2id), and admins can turn on two-factor authentication.
Yes. Audit logs give you a trail of administrative actions across the academy, so a change can always be traced back to the person who made it.
Yes. The interface is available in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and you switch it from the header. The choice is per person, not per academy, so an Arabic-speaking admin and an English-speaking teacher can work side by side in the same academy. Everything a student reads day to day is text you control anyway — class titles, assignment briefs, messages, the reminders you write — and you can write all of that in Arabic whatever the interface language is. Our blog publishes in both English and Arabic.
Ask us anything — a real person on the team will answer. We'd rather have the awkward conversation before you subscribe than after.
