Clasify is language school management software you run under your own brand — a white-label LMS with weekly live lessons by level, small conversation groups, automatic attendance and a student record that keeps itself up to date, on your own domain.
Most tools are built for the occasional big meeting. A language school is the opposite: the same students, the same slots, every week, for months — plus trial lessons, make-ups and the constant reshuffling that comes with learners in five different time zones.
Stitched together from a video app, a spreadsheet and a chat group, that rhythm leaks. Links get pasted by hand each week, attendance is re-typed after class, and nobody can say at a glance which of the intermediate group has quietly stopped turning up.
Clasify treats the recurring lesson as the unit of work. Set a weekly timetable once and the sessions generate themselves; students join a room on your own domain; attendance and progress land on their record without anyone maintaining a register.
Every item ships in the platform today.
Set a class to run every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and the sessions build themselves week after week. No pasting a fresh link before every lesson.
Live HD classrooms with a shared whiteboard, screen share and chat — sized for a handful of learners practising together, not a 200-person broadcast.
Learners join from a link in any modern browser — laptop or phone, no app to install and no third-party account to create. Reminders go out before each lesson.
Presence is recorded the moment a student joins. Attended, missed and excused are tracked per lesson — make-up classes included — and roll up into reports on their own.
Level, assigned teacher, schedule, attendance and parent contact in one place — so when a student drops from B1 back to A2 attendance, you see it in week three, not month three.
Lessons taken, lessons remaining and attendance rate per student — the numbers that predict who's about to churn while there's still time to reach out.
Your logo, your colours and your own domain across the login, the lobby and the classroom. Students never see ours — white-label is the default, not a paid upgrade.
Your academy runs on one transparent Clasify plan in EGP — nothing to wire up, no per-seat surprises. Plans range from 50 to 500+ students; when you outgrow yours, talk to us and we'll move you to the next one.
Minutes to set up, then it runs on its rhythm.
Bring your faculty on, set their hourly rates, and organise students by level. Everyone logs into your branded academy — not ours.
Create each class once with its recurring slot. Every lesson gets its own room, ready to join, and the calendar generates future sessions automatically.
Attendance, progress and submissions land on each learner's record as classes happen. You read the signals; you don't maintain the spreadsheet.
What school owners ask before they move a timetable across.
Every student record carries a level, and changing it is an edit on that record rather than a new enrolment. A learner who moves from A2 to B1 in week six keeps the same record, the same attendance history and the same assigned teacher; you then enroll them into the class that matches the new level, and the lessons they already attended stay on the record instead of being reset.
A learner who cannot attend files an apology with a reason, and it lands in your academy's apologies queue for an admin to review. Marking that lesson excused is then a separate, deliberate act on the attendance record — the apology does not change the register by itself. An excused absence is kept out of the denominator when that learner's attendance rate is calculated — so a month of illness does not make a healthy group look like it is drifting away. A make-up is scheduled as its own session and its attendance is captured on join like any other lesson.
There is no separate trial-lesson object in Clasify, and saying so is more useful than implying one. The way to run a trial is to enroll the learner and create a single session for them: the room, the reminder and the attendance record all behave exactly as they will for a paid class, so the trial is a real lesson rather than a rehearsal. If the learner does not continue, removing them is a soft delete that stays recoverable from Trash.
A Clasify classroom is a group room rather than a one-to-one call, and the limit your plan sets is on how many classes run at the same time — five concurrent meetings on the Starter plan, more on the tiers above it. A conversation group of six or eight learners practising together is the shape the room is built for; a broadcast to a few hundred seats is not.
Each learner's record shows lessons taken, lessons remaining and their attendance rate, and the analytics page rolls the same numbers up across a class. A B1 student whose attendance slides three weeks running is visible in week three rather than at the end of term — which is the difference between a phone call that saves the enrolment and a renewal that quietly never happens.
No. Clasify can issue the invoice — switch student billing on and it bills your learners for their lesson packages, by hand or automatically as a package runs low — but it never collects the money. Every invoice carries your school's own payment instructions, families pay you directly, and you record what arrived. Clasify charges your school for its own subscription and nothing else, takes no share of course fees and holds no funds.
Every plan includes the full classroom, student CRM, scheduling and white-label branding — the tiers only change how many students and hours you hold. Launch and bring your learners with you.
Plans start at EGP 1,999/month. No free tier — every plan includes every feature.
