Each plan sets a capacity (how many students and teachers you can have, how many classes run at once, how many meeting hours a month and how much storage), and you pay the same price no matter how many of those seats you actually use.
No, and this is deliberate. Every plan includes the entire feature set, including white-label branding and custom domains. Plans differ only in capacity, so you pick the size that fits your academy today and move up as it grows.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and that is exactly what you are charged — there is no surprise conversion at checkout. Payment is by credit or debit card through a secure checkout.
There is no open-ended free trial. Plans are billed monthly, and because launching takes minutes — set your brand, add your teachers, create a class — you can be running real lessons on day one. If you're unsure which tier fits, talk to us before you subscribe.
Yes. Move up a tier as your academy adds students and teachers. If you outgrow the Business plan — 1,000+ students, custom integrations or an SLA — that is what Enterprise is for, and it is quote-based.
Limits are enforced honestly rather than silently: you'll be told when you're at the cap for students, storage, concurrent meetings or monthly meeting hours, and you can upgrade when you're ready. Nothing is billed to you by surprise for going over.
Payments are final and we don't offer refunds. Because billing is monthly, if you decide to stop you simply cancel and aren't charged for the next cycle.
